Our Guaranteed Satisfaction Policy 

The Candy 4WAY Phonics Program is one of the few Phonics Program that will come to you with a COMPLETION Guarantee/Satisfaction Policy for most of our packages. 

This means that after you have completed all 100 Daily Phonics Lessons, and your child has completed all 20 Story Readers, and you've consulted with us through our free email coaching for either our Candy 4WAY Phonics INSTANT DOWNLOAD Program package or our Candy 4WAY Phonics CD-Rom Program package, if you are not satisfied that your child has learned to read, we will refund your money. 

In addition, we offer a 60-day warranty for our PLUS package.  If after consulting with our free email coaching you are not satisfied with the results of the PLUS program,

we will refund your money. 

If after completing the warranty steps for your package, you would like a refund for your purchase,  please e-mail us through this same "Contact Us" link and tell us the reason for your dissatisfaction and an address where we can mail your return money. 

No matter which package your warranty applies to, after you have received your return money, and because it is our sincere hope that Candy 4WAY Phonics will enable your child to read fluently, we encourage you to keep the product and try your reading lessons again later.
